WHO IS BEHIND LEX?
ROB SHARP
The short answer is 100s of incredible integrated activation specialists across the globe but in full this initiative is driven by Rob Sharp and a network of like-minded and trusted people.
Rob has over 15 years of experience in leading and creating integrated Live Experiences as part of through the line campaigns, consumer, media and corporate engagement strategies and sport & entertainment partnerships.
Rob is a leading strategic, creative, global campaign activation specialist with skills in brand communications, creative direction, innovation, live storytelling & event programming, B2C & B2B engagement, content strategy and digital integration into live experiences.
Rob was previously Managing Director, leading marketing and experiential agencies with clients and offices across UK, Europe, Middle East, Asia and Latin America. He has worked with the best in the business and can now leverage that network in a more cost effective manner.
He created LEX to offer a world class Live Experience capability but delivered in a smarter and more relevant business model. Understanding the need to work more efficiently, effectively, where speed and accuracy are expected and the need to collaborate, innovate and bridge the client and consumer needs have never needed to move faster.
ANNIE SCOTT
Annie has worked at Director level within major events for the past 14 years and is joining LEX after 6 years and three Olympic Games at Team GB. Her resume provides a impressive list of highly respected, acknowledged and ambitious global activations and with this network and experience has decided to join LEX as Partner.
Annie has considerable experience of working abroad including Brazil, Russia, the UAE and within Europe and has the shared ambition for LEX to be the most respected global Live Experience opportunity for business.
Team GB, IMG, ECB and Cancer Research UK have given Annie experience of working with hundreds of sponsors and brands including Aldi, BBC, BP, BT, Coca Cola, DFS, GLA, Fitness First, LG, Macmillan, MCC, Nissan, Pepsi Co, P&G, Reliance Mobile, Samsung, Sport England, UK Sport, UKTI, Visa, Virgin Active.
EXPERIENCED IN EXPERIENCE
Rob led and created global integrated campaigns with major brands such as Red Bull, Emirates, PlayStation, PUMA, Heineken, Bentley, Rizla, Symantec, Dentsu, Strongbow, Diageo, Lego, Asics, Adidas and many more. He has been responsible for some of London's biggest events across the sports and entertainment industry such as Team GB's Athletes Parade in London 2012, the F1 Parade in Regent Street, Paralympic Marathon, Rugby World Cup's Tournament Guest Programme, multiple sponsor activations and Olympic houses during London 2012, Rio 2016 and FIFA World Cup, corporate communications & global exhibition, sponsorship activation and hospitality programmes in golf, rugby, football, tennis and more.
He worked with Red Bull across their prolific event programme such as Soapbox, Goodwood and Revolutions in Sound. He delivered multiple street festivals, parades and concerts in London as well as years activating festival and music partnerships and has even directed opening ceremonies such as the UEFA Champions League Final.
From cutting edge content marketing & festival campaigns, experiential activations and large scale public events to leading award winning global consumer, media and corporate engagement programmes. He has an exceptional understanding of engaging live varying audiences with a totally integrated way of thinking.
